Christmas

Christmas was a lot of fun for our family this year. We started celebrating on Christmas Eve with Deda and Grandaddy. First order of business was spreading the reindeer food in the yard so that Santa's reindeer would stop at our house. Next, we lined the luminaries up the driveway.
After a yummy dinner, it was off to bed. Santa visited our house that night and did not disappoint. Elizabeth got some great gifts from both Santa and her grandparents, including some baby dolls, books (including Tinkerbell), movies, games and a new art easel.
After a big breakfast and lots of gift opening (check out the enormous amount of loot in the background of the second picture), we said goodbye to Deda and Grandaddy and headed up to Nanny and Papa's house.

Up at Nanny and Papa's house, more gift opening ensued. Elizabeth racked up there too--including the talking twin dolls (which are named Audrey and Elizabeth, of course), the Tinkerbell movie, some tools to help Daddy fix things around the house, and some art supplies.

It was difficult to get the three cousins to sit still and look in the same direction for a picture, but we at least got one of them together. You can see how much Audrey has grown since her last visit.
Santa was so good to us this year, and we hope he was good to all of you too!
