This weekend we went to Deda and Grandaddy's house. Saturday morning we took the ferry from Southport to the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Elizabeth enjoyed her first ferry ride along the Cape Fear River. We fed the seagulls some popcorn, she loved that they would eat right out of her hand.
It was cold and windy so we enjoyed the scenery from the heated passenger lounge.
Once arriving at Fort Fisher she couldn't wait to get inside to see the fish. We had to take the obligatory picture in front of the fish sculpture, as we have ones of her in front of the NC Aquarium in Manteo.
She really enjoyed looking at all the fish, and we thank Deda and Grandaddy for taking us on this excursion and for putting us up for the weekend!

That pic of you and Lizza is awesome, you both look great. I'm putting in my request that you save that hat for Sam, its kickin. If only it would fit me!
