OBX Weekend

Last weekend we rented a house in Nags Head with a group of friends. A few of my girlfriends ran the OBX Half Marathon--I enjoyed being a spectator rather than a participant in this one. Congrats to all the girls by the way, they all had fantastic finish times!

Saturday was a beautiful day so we spent some time at the beach playing in the sand. Bill and Lee helped Elizabeth make sand pizza and sand blueberry pies. Andrew (or "baby Andrew" as Elizabeth calls him) enjoyed the surf and sand too.

Sunday after the race we took Elizabeth and Andrew to the NC Aquarium. They loved looking at the fish. Elizabeth especially liked digging in the fossil pit with Bill.
